Christmasbots

Robotcookies1

Robotcookies2

Tim made these awesome decorated sugar cookies this afternoon. A last burst of holiday activity before the serious relaxing begins. Boy am I ready for it... Oscar is in bed in 47 minutes and counting, wine is ready to be opened, cheesy movies on deck and presents are being wrapped in the other room for me to open!

Happy Holidays!

Omigawd, those are the most freaking awesome cookies ever! Dang, with your creativity + Tim's little Oscar is bound to be crafty as all getout.

p.s. The little man's favorite Christmasbot is the yellow one, but I can't pick just one...they're all so cool.

WOW! Those cookies really take the cake!
You and Hubby and your boy Oscar are very inspiring. I discovered your blog this past week and have enjoyed looking thru your archives. You might enjoy the Family Circle Magazine from 1960 I have posted on my blog. And I'm looking for a book I might have (I think I got rid of it unfortuanately) that you were wishing for....
Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Excellent cookies! I need to make some! Were they cut out with a knife or from a cookie cutter? And if they were cookie cutters, where did they come from?

Posted by: mollie | Dec 27, 2004 10:19:26 AM

They were cut out with a knife, which was a little time consuming-- that's why there are only six of them! the shapes were based on some vintage tin robots.
